New Club General Manager Appointed

The Club is set to welcome Darren Morrish as its new general manager.

From October 1, the Australian (pictured) will lead the Club's management team, taking over from Anthony Cala, the outgoing general manager.

With more than 25 years of experience in the hospitality industry, Morrish, 51, has worked in management roles in Japan, South Korea, China, the Asia Pacific and his native Australia.

Most recently, he served as the general manager of the ANA InterContinental Manza Beach Resort in Okinawa.

A chef by trade, with a degree in culinary arts from TAFE New South Wales, Morrish says he is excited about taking the helm at the Club.

"As I settle in over the coming weeks and months," he says, "I very much look forward to reuniting with those Members I already know and meeting many new Members of this iconic and dynamic club."
